These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at techcareers.io and all related services, including educational courses, career coaching, and digital content (collectively, the "Services") provided by TechCareers.io ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    3. Services Description

    TechCareers.io provides:

    • Educational content and articles on technology careers including cybersecurity and AI product management.
    • Structured courses and cohort-based training programs (e.g., Agentic Product Manager Cohort).
    • Career coaching, resume review, and mentorship services.
    • Community resources and portfolio-building tools.

    4. Payments and Refunds

    Paid services are billed as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Refund policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the point of sale or in the specific program agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

    5. Communications and Messaging Consent

    By providing your contact information (phone number and/or email address), you consent to receive communications from TechCareers.io related to your account, enrolled programs, scheduling, and promotional offers. Communications may be sent via email, SMS/text message, or phone call. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and email by clicking "unsubscribe."

    6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

    TechCareers.io and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent via our Services. You acknowledge that wireless service may not be available in all areas at all times and that message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider. Neither TechCareers.io nor any mobile carrier shall be held liable for any damages resulting from the failure to deliver a message or for any errors in the content of a message.

    7. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

    Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Boss Foundry Corp DBA TechCareers through our website at TechCareers.io, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

    Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

    Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

    Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

    Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

    We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

    8. Intellectual Property
